IBCE 2012 2nd round results - InnoPAT project is the 28th in Europe

The results of the international Intel Business Challenge Europe 2012 business plan competition has been announced: our InnoPAT project about the BioMIPAT software achieved the 28th place on the european ranking list. The competition was tough, the professional jury chose our project from 4000 other submitted ideas.
Furthermore, our idea was chosen as the best hungarian innovation, as well.

Last month our InnoPAT project about the BioMIPAT software was successfully submitted to the international Best of Biotech business plan competition. This competition directly focuses on the Biotech&Medtech sector, so our project was compared to ideas submitted from the same field here.
Right now, the InnoPAT project qualified for the international semi-finals.
The resultsof the finals were announced today: the InnoPAT project was ranked #18 on the international podium!

Last week a special event was organized at the University of Debrecen: biotech business managers and industrial leaders, along with seasoned biotech entrepreneurs came from both Hungary and the UK to see the most innovative hungarian biotech ideas and help their creators advance towards their realization.
During the event, our elevator pitch about the BioMIPAT project was chosen as the best performance.
The BioEntrepreneurs Boot Camp was organized by the INNOVA Regional Innovation Agency.
